Aravinda Kriya, a new and unique meditation technique that will help you balance multiple facets of life. Aravinda Kriya is inspired from the lotus flower, which symbolizes purity, beauty, and enlightenment in many cultures. It consists of four steps: breathing, chanting, visualizing, and meditating. By practicing Aravinda Kriya, you will be able to overcome the stress, anxiety, and challenges in your life and experience more peace, joy, and harmony in your daily life.

Naadi Pariksha

Naadi Parichayam

Naadi Pariksha is a fascinating and powerful technique of Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis that can reveal the physical, mental and emotional state of a person. By feeling the subtle vibrations of your pulse, you can learn about your unique constitution (prakriti), your current imbalances (vikriti), and the root causes of your health issues. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of Naadi Pariksha, such as how to locate and feel the pulse, how to identify the different types of pulses, and how to interpret the information they provide. You will also get a chance to practice Naadi Pariksha on yourself and others, and receive personalized feedback and guidance from an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner.

This workshop will introduce you to the ancient art of raga healing, which uses musical scales and melodies to balance your emotions and energies. You will learn how to identify your dominant dosha (constitution) and the ragas that are suitable for you. You will also experience the healing effects of listening to and singing ragas, guided by a professional musician and an Ayurvedic practitioner. Marma Parichayam

This workshop will teach you the basics of marma therapy, a form of energy healing that originated in Ayurveda. You will learn about the 107 marma points in your body, which are vital junctions of life force. You will also learn how to stimulate these points through gentle massage, using aromatic oils and herbs. You will discover how marma therapy can help you release stress, improve your immunity, enhance your digestion, and promote your overall health and happiness. By the end of this workshop, you will have a practical knowledge of marma therapy and how to apply it to yourself and others.
